Seriously kids are like the cutest thing in this world ;

their innocence and their smile just never fail to captivate one .

I think one good thing about working at Popular is you get to see quite a number of kids (:

And they're like uber cute !

They run around the store playing catching ,

and I secretly peek-a-boo-ed some babies in their pram ,

of which they smiled back at me .

DAMN CUTE OH MY GOD .

I want to go to a place where there's many of these cute children ,

and hopefully there will be a chance to try out overseas volunteering work ;

Singaporean kids are way too fortunate .

As I get prepared to go home ,

there was this boy aged 7 ?

Or smaller , in the staff room .

He seemed nervous .

Hearing the staff talking brought me upon the fact that they caught him red handed ,

for stealing an English storybook .

I wonder how's the boy now ,

because he was so scared that he didn't want to give them his parents' number ,

and like they threatened to call the police if he doesn't give them .

Yet ,

I guess a part of me knows that he will be safe .

Because the staff are really nice ,

heard suanzhu aunty saying that he's still so small ,

and like at those age when you just started to learn right from wrong ;

furthermore it's like so close to Chinese New Year ,

they didn't want to escalate the problem ,

and probably would get his parents to buy him the book ,

and teach him the right values at home .

They all agreed ,

but I went off without watching the finale .

Sometimes kids are like that ;

especially at the early stage ,

where they are supposed to be given chances ,

it's like us saying we all learn from our mistakes .

Sadly ,

chances are only allowed in school ,

and once we step out into the society ,

will we be given much chance ?

Let's say you steal something from any random shop ,

no staff would do such magnanimous actions ,

it would be dialing 999 straight ,

no chance at all .

Okay suddenly so serious .
