Wednesday and thursday was a blast man !

Really loved the two days .

It's a good end off for the week before flying off (:

Went to winnie house on Wednesday to help her inspect her room !

Think her mother and her have too much faith in me as a interior designer wannabe .

But overall it was fun !

Because I picture everything in my mind ,

her room really looks lovely if she paint the shade of turquoise and yellow !

After doing a rough sketch of her floorplan ,

we went to Ikea !

Walked through the showrooms and found some furniture that she's interested in getting !

My first DIY project actually ,

and with the budget of like $600 .

Really not used to not splurging ;

or in another words ,

considering when buying things .

But well ,

even though she was a little stressed out towards the end ,

it was a really cool experience .

Hopefully while I'm gone ,

she can really empty that really packed space ,

and I shall have fun DIY-ing the room next week when I get back :D !

So soon after I helped her with another detailed floor plan of her room ,

I went off to meet Sherilynn ahma at Farrer park City Square (:

Awesome !

Like seriously similar to what she said on her blog ,

it's really heartwarming to meet up with people you hasn't had the chance to catch up for a long time ,

because catching up will allow you to feel like there's someone out there that's remembers :D

Dined at Astons ,

because I kind of associated Astons with Ahma's angmoh face hahaha .

Anyways the food there is cheap ,

and nice (:

I'm going to try the grilled rice some day .

Speaking of that ,

I really miss Meridian's canteen food ):

My chicken rice and western stall aunties who never failed to remember my orders :')

Yup so all we talked about was reminiscing the old times ,

a lot of NC's past memories ,

and what's going on with our lives now .

I think something that dawn on me was like ,

the older we grow ,

the more contrasting stuff that people will start doing ,

and pursuing ?

Maybe it was true .

Singapore's education system really seemed like a factory producing Singaporean brand people .

But it was really interesting because ahma's a really good storyteller (:

Things about Jiayi , Taifung and Edgar ...

Really interesting stories !

And she grew thinner !

Must have been studying too much .

Don't worry ahma ,

your relaxation day will come soon !

Just mug hard for the 10 months or so ,

don't leave regrets like me ! (:

After dinner we decided to go try out Andersen ,

it's like my first time there !

If anybody likes rum and raisin ,

I would be inclined to believe that you actually chewed those bubble that we blew when we were young .

You know those kind that you can pinch and play with ?

Because rum and raisin TOTALLY TASTE LIKE IT .

And after going to Andersen with those heavenly ice creams ,

I can really confirm that I really have totally no interest in ice cream !

But the best part was ,

I GOT TO EAT MY DELICIOUS OREO CHEESECAKE !

I was like craving for it for almost a year ?

Okay people would probably start calling me insane but here's the explanation .

Unlike the usual splurging me ,

I kind of restrict myself to waste like five bucks on a piece of cake , you'know .

But I totally didn't regret it !

Love the oreo base !

One day I should make the base only and eat it all by myself wahaha .

But I also came to another conclusion that I can max eat one piece of oreo cheesecake each time I have a craving ;

anything more than that then I'll probably get super sick of it , temporarily .

But meeting up ahma was really lovely (:

I wanna be like her ,

know which places in town has really awesome food ,

like the black pepper prawn carbonara which she asked me to try at Wisma !

And to my dearest ahma ,

like you said what you said is one sided ,

and I think it's a real waste if you let it go like afterall ,

perhaps the timing wasn't right back then ,

you know a lot of coincidences can happen at the same time !

So I'm going to try my best to create more opportunities for you guys !

Probably I will go talk to her first ? (:

Thursday !

Which ended like few hours ago was really awesome too !

The girls ,

all six except Yena came my house in the afternoon !

But I had an errand to run ,

which is bringing grandma to avenue 8 to make her spectacles .

Like seriously ,

she's really funny .

While going back ,

she insisted of walking back ,

instead of taking the bus back .

So I had to carry all her stuff for her and walked like 3 bus stops .

Not complaining though ,

it's my duty and responsibility !

After that rushed back home and mahjonged with them !

HAHA really funny with Limay exclaiming and shouting when she wanted a certain tile .

More mahjong sessions please !

Must make use of my mahjong set at home (:

Since I cleaned it at like 4am the previous night !

Still got silverfish on the mahjong set ,

like seriously ,

how long it hasn't been touched .

NEXT WEEK ,

WHEN I COME BACK WAHAHAHA .

Towards evening we went to Compasspoint !

Special thanks to my dadang Ang ,

really awesome ,

her condo's large function is seriously a damn nice place to chill out at !

It was like the best place to hold our 10s102 class party at .

It's good to see everyone again !

Even though some of the guys I hardly spoke to in my two years of life ,

I think I really enjoyed it ,

those who went to 10s206 and 10S413 also came !

Really lively and loved those times playing Indian poker ,

Sha , Bridge and passing the parcel !

And everyone who attended .

Can remember the scene when Aaron called Mr Lim ,

and Jingqun calling Mr Gohel who gave us an "orh." super dao reply !

Hopefully Thailand trip will be fun !
