Spent whole afternoon studying with Chuquan ,
and she always has very interesting stories to share !
And like she can make anyone laugh without joking ,
but merely stating facts ,
damn cool !
Afternoon rain was really nice ,
the atmosphere chilled and it was really cooling to study .
Too bad it spoilt my plan of going somewhere .
Oh well .
Noob was hurry by 6+ ,
so we went to Ehub for so-called dinner .
Had the chicken cutlet fried rice at the mee sua store there ,
it's like too nice already hahas .
After slacking awhile ,
decided to see if the rain stopped ,
but in the end it was drizzling .
Still ,
we walked all the way to the beach to see the tides . (:
At first the bbq pit there was still okay ,
because there was people having barbeque there .
But when we walk towards the bridge and the breakwater ,
there's like not even a single person around .
Totally quiet .
Then came loud noises made by different kinds of animals ,
and it's like damn cool .
Tide wasn't really high today .
But the sea breeze was really nice .
The only thing we lacked was a bright torchlight !
Because I couldn't see the crabs at the water edge . ):
After that ,
was like pondering whether we should walk through the mangrove back to the main road ,
but as we walked towards the mangrove entrance and checked on the light sources in the mangrove ,
it was like total darkness .
Like , the only thing we could see from the entrance was the two poles .
Decided that it was too dangerous to walk in there ,
and we probably need more people and brighter lights .
Walked the usual path ,
saw earthworms wriggling in the puddles of water .
We managed to find the animal that made the super loud sound at the park too !
it was a ...
TOAD .
It was in the drain ,
at least the one that we found .
It's like damn cool !
Merely 7cm in diameter but it's croak can be heard metres away !
Super interesting !
Using noob's super noob handphone light ,
shined through the drain and saw partial appearance of the toad .
The part under its mouth expands every time it shouts .
Really nice pre dinner exercise there ,
but there was a opportunity cost .
Our shoes were super wet ,
and now I'm airing it outside now .
Should sleep early !
Tomorrow will be a fun day with ym, aiha, candy and noob !
