LOL oh my god .
Had a damn fun time cooking today !
For both lunch and dinner !
Hahas luckily everything turned out edible .
Hopefully I won't get stomach upset tomorrow LOL .
Didn't have camera to take what I cooked in the afternoon .
Had cheese fried rice with corn soup ,
oh my ,
the mozzarella cheese in the fridge expired for a few months already .
So ended up got to substitute it with the normal cheese that we put in the bread .
But it doesn't have the sticky effect ! ):
The corn soup was okay ,
but probably if I used pork ribs ,
it will taste better . (:
The toughest challenge I faced while cooking my lunch was ...
To cut a corn !
Oh my god ,
it's like damn hard ,
I spent like 5 minutes trying to cut it into 3 pieces ?
But the most funny thing was during dinner .
Cause Yanmae needed to eat vegetable ,
so I decided to cook her some .
Didn't know how much to cook ,
and 3 leaves looked enough ,
so I only plucked 3 ply .
In the end ?
Look at the second picture at the top .
The one with prawns .
LOOK AT THE VEGETABLES .
Can't even see can !
DAMN FUNNY .
This is the justifying evidence that I don't eat vegetables LOL .
Yeah ,
had scrambled eggs with bacon ,
stir fry vegetable (negligible) with prawns and oyster sauce ,
and the congee (which contains ikan billis and dried scallops) !
Yummy ~
Oh my ,
I will master cooking congee someday .
Just now that pot had a little burnt smell x.x
Okay time to study !
Econs is like totally screwed .
I shall try not to screw that badly .
